DISCOVERY AND RESEARCH

Worked in a group of 4 tasked with re-imagining the Washington State Unemployment experience for mobile.


Goals

- Design a user flow that allows users to quickly file their claim

- Design a job search that allows users to search, filter, save, and apply for jobs


My responsibilities:

- Test plan, user testing

- Paper prototype; A/B testing
